Isolation tested at 500 V DC between channels and backplane bus; reverse-voltage protection is built in when the load voltage matches the power module’s L+.
Mounting and wiring
Each channel draws ≤5 mA from load voltage L+ when unloaded. If you’re swapping an older module, watch the reverse-polarity diode — this module protects itself when the load voltage is shared with the power module, but verify that the supply wiring matches.
Signal characteristics
Typical response: 200 µs from 0 to 1, 1.3 ms from 1 to 0. That’s fast enough for most solenoid valves and indicator lamps; for high-frequency resistive loads it can switch up to 100 Hz. Inductive loads (0.5 H) drop to 2 Hz; lamp loads to 10 Hz. Short-circuit protected. No per-channel diagnostics — if a load fails you won’t get a bit flag from this module; check the load wiring for continuity.
