Integration and fail-safe behavior

On CPU/master STOP, the module can substitute a value, keep the last value, or force 0/1 — configurable per channel group. This is essential for concurrently maintainable architectures: a controlled stop keeps downstream loads in a known state while the controller swaps over. Short-circuit protection is built in, and reverse-voltage protection works when sharing the same load voltage as the power module. Isolation between channels and backplane is tested at 2 500 V DC.
