It provides DQ (Yes) and MSO (Yes) functionality, meaning each channel can be configured as a standard digital output or a failsafe output for safety-related applications — the MSO flag tells you it supports the safety-oriented output variant, not just a standard sink/source driver. Rated at 24 V DC, each channel handles 2 A continuous with a total module current derating: 8 A up to 30 °C, 6 A up to 40 °C, 4 A up to 50 °C, and 4 A up to 60 °C. That derating curve is load-bearing for panel design — if you're running all four channels near 2 A in a 50 °C cabinet, you're at the limit. Switching times are tight: 50 µs typical 0→1, 100 µs typical 1→0. Maximum jitter is 8 µs, and isochronous mode is supported — this module is built for time-synchronized motion or high-speed gantry applications where deterministic output timing matters.

Supports automatic encoding, firmware update, and I&M data (I&M0 to I&M3). Diagnostic alarm, group error, short-circuit detection (channel by channel), and wire-break detection (channel by channel) are all onboard — reduces troubleshooting time on the line. Maximum cable length: 1 000 m shielded, 600 m unshielded. Minimum load resistance is 12 Ω, maximum 3 400 Ω. Not rated for PWM or oversampling — this is a straight on/off output module, not a high-speed pulse train driver.
