The 6ES7132-6BD21-0CA0: Four PNP sourcing outputs, each rated 2 A at 24 V DC — that's 8 A total if you sink all channels simultaneously, but the module's thermal budget inside the ET 200SP base unit (type A0) is the real limit. The high-feature variant adds per-channel diagnostics for short-circuit and wire break, which means the module flags a fault on the specific output rather than dropping the whole group.
RoHS and REACH compliance dates
RoHS compliant since 16 April 2024. The REACH candidate list includes lead (CAS 7439-92-1) above 0.1% w/w — this triggers the Article 33 duty-to-inform obligation for downstream users in the EU.
