Diagnostics — where the midnight pages come from
Wire-break detection trips at R > 10 kΩ with a sensing current under 100 µA; short-circuit detection trips at R < 80 Ω. Group error is reported via the SF LED and is parameterisable as a diagnostic alarm. Per-channel green status LEDs confirm output state, and the diagnostics function plus readable diagnostic information are both supported on the backplane. Short-circuit protection is built in.
Isolation and safety envelope
Isolation exists between the channels and backplane bus and between the channels and load voltage L+, but not between channels; inter-circuit rating is 60 V DC / 30 V AC. Permissible external capacitance Co is 81 nF for IIC and 651 nF for IIB.
