8 outputs at 2 A — the per-channel ceiling for this ET 200S module
The 6ES7133-0BH10-0XB0 is a Siemens ET 200S digital output module with 8 solid-state outputs, each rated 2 A continuous at 24 VDC up to 60 °C. That 2 A per channel is the limit when the module is mounted horizontally; other orientations derate to 40 °C ambient. The electronic short-circuit protection trips before the I2t rating of 0.05 A²·s is exceeded, which keeps the output transistors from failing short on a downstream fault. It also carries 8 digital inputs on the same module — a combined I/O slice that sinks 4 mA typ at 24 V for signal "1", with a 3 ms filter on the input transition. The 50 µs output turn-on and 100 µs turn-off times mean it handles resistive loads at 100 Hz and lamp loads at 8 Hz without missing a cycle.
Panel fit — 160 mm wide, snaps onto the ET 200S rail
The module occupies a 160 x 130 x 60 mm footprint on the ET 200S DIN-rail assembly. It uses the TB1/DC, TB1-4/DC, or TB3/DC terminal blocks — the same block family as other ET 200S I/O slices, so wiring continuity across the station stays consistent. The SYNC and FREEZE capabilities let it coordinate output updates with other modules in the same rack under the PROFIBUS-DP cycle. Power loss is 3.8 W max, and the module draws 70 mA typ from the L3+ bus for logic plus up to 500 mA for the sensor supply. The backplane communicates at 12 Mbit/s, which is the standard PROFIBUS rate for this generation of ET 200S.
