The Siemens 6ES7133-0BN01-0XB0 is a combined digital output module for the ET 200M distributed I/O system, packing 8 solid-state outputs and 24 digital inputs into a single 235 mm-wide unit that draws its logic power from the backplane and its sensor supply from a separate L5+ terminal. Switching speed and load handling

Outputs switch from 0 to 1 in 20 µs and from 1 to 0 in 0.5 ms, with a maximum resistive load switching frequency of 1 000 Hz — fast enough for solenoid banks and indicator arrays, but inductive loads drop to 0.5 Hz and lamp loads to 8 Hz, so valve coils or incandescent panels need external suppression or a derated cycle rate.
