6ES7133-1JH00-0XB0 ET 200SP: 8 DI 120 V AC, 8 DO 24 V DC 1 A. Up to 6 000 kbit/s with SYNC and FREEZE. Diagnostics are standard — the module flags bus faults (red BF LED) and channel-level errors, which saves chasing phantom failures on a line. Input thresholds are 0–20 V AC for OFF, 74–132 V AC for ON, so it works with standard 120 V AC proximity switches and pushbuttons without external signal conditioners.
