Mounting and diagnostics
Fits BaseUnits of type A0 or A1, the standard 15 mm width for ET 200SP. Shielded cable runs up to 1 000 m (200 m for voltage measurements). Diagnostics include wire-break detection on 4-20 mA loops and short-circuit detection for 1-5 V or 2-wire encoder supply. A green/red LED on the module signals group or module errors. The module also supports I&M data (I&M0 to I&M3) and firmware updates via the backplane, easing asset tracking and field-level upgrades.
