With an active lifecycle stage, the 6ES7135-4FB00-0AB0 carries no imminent obsolescence risk. For a controlled line, keeping one of these in the cabinet as a spare is a sensible precaution. The module draws 2 W max, runs on 24 V DC from the power module, and includes group diagnostics and short-circuit detection that you can enable in configuration. The load voltage L+ supply handles up to 130 mA, and isolation is tested at 500 V DC—adequate for industrial panel environments.
Mounting and wiring
Mount on the ET 200SP bus module; takes one slot at 15 mm width. The backplane bus supplies up to 10 mA, and the load voltage L+ supplies up to 130 mA.
