Integrator note — 2-channel voltage output
The 6ES7135-4FB01-0AB0: Two analog voltage outputs on a 15 mm ET 200SP slice. Output swing covers -10 to +10 V and 1 to 5 V, with short-circuit protection and diagnostic feedback to the CPU. The module draws its 24 V from the backplane power module — no external supply needed. Watch the 50 mA total current limit and the 1 kΩ minimum load for voltage output.
Panel mounting — width and isolation
Width 15 mm — one slice in an ET 200SP rack. Depth 52 mm; fits standard mounting rail with clearance for gland plates. Between-channel and backplane bus isolation tested at 500 V DC. Use shielded cable up to 200 m.
Fault isolation — diagnostic and STOP behaviour
Diagnostics can be enabled or disabled for short circuits and group errors. The SF (red) LED indicates a group error. On CPU STOP, you can set each output to de-energize, keep last value, or substitute a value — no re-wiring needed for fail-safe config.
