Two-in-one channel design for tight panels
The 6ES7138-4DD01-0AB0: Each of the two channels bundles a digital input and a 2 A digital output on the same slice, so you can sense a proximity or limit switch and drive a small solenoid or indicator without extra terminal blocks. Rated 24 V DC supply, the input switches in under 100 µs and the output turns off in under 200 µs — fast enough to lock onto registration marks on a packaging machine changing over between SKUs.
Drops into a standard ET 200SP system
Fits any ET 200SP base unit (e.g., 6ES7193-6AG40-0AA0). Occupies 15 mm on the DIN rail, 52 mm deep, 81 mm tall. Backplane bus supplies the module; connect sensor supply and load return directly. Short-circuit protection and reverse polarity protection are built in, so wiring mistakes during line changeover don't take out the channel.
