Siemens 6ES7147-4JD00-0AB0 is a 4-port IO-Link master module for the SIMATIC ET 200SP I/O system. Transmission rates up to 230.4 kBaud (COM3). Rated IP65/67. Each port can be operated as a standard digital input (DI) or output (DQ max 100 mA per channel). The module supplies power to sensors and actuators via ports: X1 and X2 share a total of 2 A, X3 and X4 share another 2 A. Diagnostics per channel include wire-break and short-circuit detection, with individual LED indicators for channel status and group error. The module draws 2.6 W typical and requires 24 VDC supply with reverse-polarity protection.
