Pneumatic interface for ET 200X valve blocks
The Siemens 6ES7148-1EH10-0XA0 is a SIMATIC DP pneumatic interface module for the ET 200X distributed I/O system, designed to drive Festo CPV-14 valve blocks. It provides 16 solenoid outputs, each rated for 32 mA, with a total supply draw from the load voltage (2L+) of up to 520 mA including the valves themselves. The module handles compressed air filtered to 40 µm, oiled with VG 32 or unlubricated, over a working pressure range of 3–8 bar. Rated flow is 800 l/min, with typical switching times of 24 ms on and 30 ms off.
Mounting and power budget
Typical power loss is 9 W. The module has green status indicators per digital output and no alarms. It requires compressed air supply within the rated pressure range; ensure supply air is conditioned as specified (filtered 40 µm, optionally oiled VG 32).
