The Siemens 6ES7148-6JJ00-0BB0 is a SIMATIC ET 200SP IO-Link master module carrying 8 digital inputs and 8 digital outputs (outputs limited to 100 mA per channel) in a 45 mm wide housing. Two M12, D-coded ports connect the device to PROFINET with full IRT support down to 250 µs update time and MRP for ring redundancy. The module simultaneously supports EtherNet/IP or Modbus TCP via the same physical port, so a single hardware variant covers both fieldbus and IT-converged networks. Ambient range spans -40 to +60 °C, making it suitable for unheated enclosures or turbine-hall peripheral cabinets, provided that the enclosure maintains the upper limit.
