2-port PROFINET switch in current production
The 6ES7158-3AD01-0XA0: Powered by 24 V DC (20.4 to 28.8 V DC range), it draws up to 400 mA from the 1L+ supply and dissipates a typical 6 W. Isolation between Ethernet and electronics is tested at 707 V DC type test; the supply input also has isolated electronics separation. The two Ethernet ports autonegotiate and autocross, operating up to 100 Mbit/s. Status LEDs per port and per side show LINK, group error (SF red), bus fault (BF red), and supply voltage ON (green); a 20 ms hold-up time rides through short dips.
