The Siemens 6ES7158-3AD10-0XA0 is a PROFINET IO device for SIMATIC controllers, supporting IRT synchronization and MRP/MRPD media redundancy with up to 50 devices per ring. It does not support isochronous mode; the media redundancy client works with max. 50 devices in MRP rings or 30 in MRPD. Operating temperature derates to 50 °C when mounted vertically instead of the 60 °C horizontal limit. Power loss is 4 W typical.
Integration
Mounts on 7.5 or 15 mm DIN rail. Dimensions: 117 mm high, 100 mm wide, 74 mm deep. Two ports via BusAdapter; optional strain relief for RJ45 or FC connectors. Status LEDs: RUN (green), ERROR (red), MAINT (yellow), plus two link LEDs on the adapter. Supports SNMP, LLDP, I&M data (I&M0 to I&M3), and autocrossing.
