Analog input module with diagnostics
The 6ES7231-4HD32-0XB0: Single-supply 24 V DC analog input module for the S7-1200 system, covering 4–20 mA, 0–20 mA, and ±10 V, ±5 V, ±2.5 V ranges. Diagnostic alarm and wire-break detection are built in. Ambient ratings span –40 °C to 70 °C, with a width of 45 mm for DIN-rail mounting.
Integration facts
Mounts directly on the S7-1200 DIN rail, occupying 45 mm of panel width. Depth of 75 mm and height of 100 mm fit standard cabinets. Power draw is 1.5 W typical from the backplane. Fall height tested at 0.3 m in product package.
