6ES7231-7PD22-0XA0: Four thermocouple inputs. Supports eight thermocouple types — E, J, K, N, R, S, T — plus bipolar mV range. Sigma-delta conversion with 405 ms update time across all channels. Cold junction compensation held to ±1,5 °C. Isolation between inputs and backplane bus rated at 500 V AC.
Mounting and Wiring
Dimensions: 71.2 mm wide, 62 mm deep, 80 mm high; mounts on DIN rail without increasing depth. Shielded sensor cable allowed up to 100 m. Common mode voltage withstands 120 V AC; common mode rejection at least 120 dB at line frequency. Loop resistance for sensor cable: 100 Ω.
