I/O and memory capacity

The 6ES7288-1ST20-0AA1: The CPU handles 144 bytes of inputs and 144 bytes of outputs, mapped as 256 bits of digital I/O plus 56 words of analog I/O per device. Program memory is 12 KB, with DDR RAM and flash for retention. Forcing is supported, which helps during commissioning when you need to override a sensor without rewiring.

Communication and networking
