The Siemens 6ES7322-1CF80-0AA0 is a SIMATIC S7-300 SM 322 digital output module with 8 optically isolated outputs rated for DC 48 V to 125 V. Each channel delivers up to 1.5 A in the 0 to 40 °C range, dropping to 4 A total module current at 60 °C. This is the expanded temperature range variant — the standard SM 322 runs 0–60 °C, but this one is qualified for the wider industrial thermal envelope.
Switching performance and cable runs
Maximum switching frequency is 20 Hz with resistive load, 10 Hz on lamp load, and 0.5 Hz with inductive load — this is not a high-speed output module. Electronic short-circuit protection is built in. Unshielded cable runs up to 600 m, shielded up to 1 000 m. The signal '1' minimum voltage is L+ (-1.1 V), with a minimum load current of 10 mA and a maximum residual current at signal '0' of 10 mA.
