The 6ES7322-1FH00-0AA0: Diagnostics are built in: the module detects a blown fuse and lights a red LED on the face, plus a group error SF (red) signal to the CPU. Response time max 300 ms. No diagnostic for load voltage missing or wire-break.
Field note on fit and troubleshooting
If you're swapping one of these in an S7-300 rack, check the front connector is the 20-pin type. The fuse for each group (8 A quick-acting, 250 V) is accessible on the module — fix it where it sits if one blows. The red fuse OK LED goes out when the fuse is open, and the SF LED on the CPU will flag the group. No diagnostic for load voltage missing, so if a group is dead but the fuse looks good, check the load supply to that group. Switching frequencies: resistive load up to 10 Hz, inductive load up to 0.5 Hz, lamp load up to 1 Hz. Minimum load current for a reliable signal '1' is 10 mA. If you're controlling a digital input or redundant load, the module supports that per group.
