End-of-life CP 341 with TTY for S7-300
The Siemens 6ES7341-1BH02-0AE0 is a CP 341 communications processor for the S7-300 platform, fitted with a single isolated 20 mA (TTY) interface. It handles serial point-to-point communication using ASCII, RK 512, or 3964(R) protocols, each with a 4 096 byte buffer. The transmission rate tops out at 19.2 kbit/s, with a minimum of 0.3 kbit/s.
Power dissipation is modest: 1.6 W typical, 2.4 W max. That keeps the heat load low in a crowded S7-300 rack. The 9-pin sub-D socket (female) is the physical connection, and the supply voltage connects via three screw terminals labelled L+, M, and GND.
