Module function and S7-300 integration
The FM 351 is a rapid/creep feed positioning module for two-axis positioning tasks with separate rapid traverse and creep feed speeds. The module mounts in the S7-300 rack and communicates over the backplane bus with the CPU. It requires configuration via STEP 7 to set the positioning parameters, reference point approach, and the creep feed speed profile.
