CPU 1510SP-1 PN for ET 200SP
Siemens CPU 1510SP-1 PN (6ES7510-1DJ01-0AB0) is a compact controller for the ET 200SP distributed I/O system. It supports a 32 kbyte process image for inputs and a 32 kbyte process image for outputs. Programming languages include LAD, FBD, STL, SCL, and GRAPH. Communication is via PROFINET with IRT for isochronous real-time, MRP Manager per IEC 62439-2, MRPD (requires IRT), and MODBUS TCP. The CPU also serves HTTP and HTTPS standard and user pages. Network configuration uses DCP and DNS; the CPU is a DHCP and LLDP client. UDP and TCP/IP are supported. The CPU does not support PROFIsafe. For safety-related applications, a PROFIsafe-capable CPU is required.
Identification and Maintenance
The hardware clock is part of the CPU. I&M data I&M0 to I&M3 are supported. Forcing of variables is possible. PID controllers for temperature and valves are integrated. Two LEDs indicate ERROR and MAINT status. The CPU is 100 mm wide, 117 mm high, and 75 mm deep, fitting the ET 200SP base unit.
