The 6ES7512-1DK00-0AB0: It supports MRP redundancy manager (up to 50 devices in the ring) and IRT with MRPD, so you can build a deterministic PROFINET ring with backup path switching. Programming-language support spans LAD, FBD, SCL, STL, GRAPH, and the integrated PID controllers cover temperature and valve loops – no separate function block licensing needed for those. The hardware clock is present, and HTTP/HTTPS allow standard and user-defined web pages for diagnostics without an extra HMI.
