The 6ES7522-1BL10-0AA0: At 25 mm wide and 129 mm deep, it fits the standard S7-1500 rack and leaves adjacent slots free for I/O or communication modules. SIL 2 rated.
Mounting and wiring
The module occupies one slot on the S7-1500 rail. The 40-pole push-in connectors accept wire sizes typical for digital outputs; terminals are clearly marked for channel assignment. Firmware version V1.0.0, HW functional status from FS01. FW can be updated in the field via TIA Portal. No isochronous mode, but prioritized startup is supported. Green RUN LED and red ERROR LED provide on-module status; no per-channel diagnostics.
