Power and configuration
The 6GK7342-5DA03-0XE0: Powered from the S7-300 backplane bus at 5 V (typical 0.15 A) and an external 24 VDC supply via a 4-pole terminal block. The external supply tolerates –15 % to +20 %. Configuration requires STEP 7 V5.1 SP2 or higher, or STEP 7 Professional V12 (TIA Portal) or higher. Power dissipation is 6.75 W.

Compact module S7-300 single width: 40 mm wide, 125 mm high, 120 mm deep. IP20 protection. Operating temperature 0 to 60 °C; storage and transport –40 to +70 °C.
