Compact S7-400 OPC UA gateway
The 6GK7443-1UX00-0XE0 is a CP 443-1 OPC UA communications processor for the S7-400 rack, in a compact single-width format. It provides a 10/100/1000 Mbit/s RJ45 port and supports OPC UA server and client communication via a programmable user block per PLCopen, allowing a controller to serve or consume OPC UA data without an external gateway.
Network and diagnostic features
This module handles NTP (including secure NTP), SNMP v1 and v3, and OPC UA-compliant security mechanisms for encrypted data transmission. It includes web-based diagnostics with password protection, a log file for unauthorized access, and the ability to disable non-required services. The maximum number of monitored variables is 64000 items, with a queue size of 2 per variable and storage for 45000 bytes.
