The 50 Ω impedance matches standard RF front-ends, and the FME-M male connector mates directly to the transponder's antenna port.
Where it goes and how it mounts
This antenna is intended for roof mounting in RTLS4400 transponder installations. It fits through an 18 mm drill hole from outside the enclosure, with the base requiring a 32 mm diameter clearance. The rod antenna uses a plastic outer shell with stainless steel and chrome-plated brass internals — suitable for indoor or sheltered outdoor use where the IP rating of the host enclosure provides environmental protection.
