Physical and environmental fit
The label measures 75 mm wide by 25 mm deep, with a 0.3 mm height, made from PET material in white. It's one-side adhesive for application to plastic surfaces, printable via thermal transfer process, and supplied in rolls of 1000 labels on a 3-inch core (10 rolls per carton, 10,000-unit MOQ). In its bonded state, the tag achieves IP67 protection, making it suitable for washdown environments — food processing lines, automotive paint shops, or outdoor logistics yards where the label sees water spray and temporary immersion. Outside the read/write area it survives -25 to +130 °C, and during read/write access it operates from -25 to +85 °C. Maximum storage life is 2 years at 5 to 25 °C.
Memory and data handling
The EEPROM-based memory supports lock, unlock, kill, write protection, and password protection — giving you control over whether the tag data can be altered after commissioning. No battery is present; the tag is fully passive, powered by the reader's RF field.
