What it is and what it does
The Siemens 6SL3000-0BE35-0AA0 is a SINAMICS line filter rated for 600 A continuous at 380-480 V 3 AC, 50/60 Hz. It sits between the mains supply and the drive's line-side power input, attenuating conducted EMI so the drive meets EMC emission limits for the installation environment. For a 600 A frame, this filter handles the full input current of a large SINAMICS drive module — think multi-motor line sections or a single high-power motor drive in the 300–400 kW range on a 480 V supply.
Where it fits in the panel
This is a chassis-mount line filter, not a DIN-rail snap-on. Expect bolted bus-bar connections for the 600 A path — plan for a dedicated gland plate entry and enough clearance around the filter for airflow. The 380-480 V 3 AC rating covers 400 V and 480 V nominal grids common in industrial plants. Mount it close to the drive's line input; long cable runs between filter and drive defeat the common-mode attenuation.
