The Siemens 6SL3120-1TE28-5AA1 is a SINAMICS Single Motor Module — a DC-fed inverter stage that takes a 600 V DC bus and delivers 400 V three-phase AC at 85 A to a single servo or induction motor. Internal air cooling handles the thermal load without external plumbing. The module ships with the DRIVE-CLiQ cable, so the feedback loop to the Control Unit is ready on arrival.
