What this module does
The Siemens 6SL3120-2TE13-0AB0 is a SINAMICS Double Motor Module — a spare part that drives two motors from a common 600 V DC bus, delivering 400 V three-phase AC at 3 A per axis. Internal air cooling keeps it compact for cabinet mounting. The DRIVE-CLiQ cable is included, so it plugs straight into the SINAMICS control unit without extra ordering.
The 600 V DC input matches the common DC-link voltage in SINAMICS S120 drive systems. The 400 V three-phase output at 3 A per axis means each channel can drive a small induction or synchronous servo motor — think conveyor sections, spindle drives, or auxiliary axes on a machine tool. The 3 A rating is the continuous output; peak current for acceleration is higher but limited by the drive's overload cycle.
Internal air cooling means the module pulls cabinet air through its heatsink.
