The Siemens 6SL3125-1TE32-0AA4 is a SINAMICS S120 Single Motor Module in the liquid-cooled booksize format. It takes a 600 V DC bus input and delivers 400 V three-phase AC output rated at 200 A when switching at 8 kHz — at 140 A if you push the pulse frequency to 8 kHz and need the derated figure. The module ships with the DRIVE-CLiQ cable but no Control Unit, so you're pairing it with an existing CU or ordering one separately. The 200 A at 8 kHz rating is the headline number for sizing. That's the continuous output current at the standard switching frequency for this frame. If your application runs a higher PWM frequency for quieter motor operation or reduced harmonics, expect to derate toward the 140 A figure — the thermal capacity of the liquid-cooled heatsink is the limiter, not the silicon.
Panel integration notes
Booksize format means it clips onto the standard SINAMICS S120 mounting rail alongside other booksize modules — line modules, additional motor modules, and the Control Unit. The liquid-cooled variant requires a cooling circuit connection; verify your cabinet's coolant supply pressure and flow rate against the module's datasheet specs before committing the panel layout. The DRIVE-CLiQ cable is included, so you only need to run the fiber-optic or copper link back to the Control Unit.
