The Siemens 6SL3130-7TE25-5AA0 is a SINAMICS S120 Active Line Module, designated as a spare part for the drive family. It takes a 380-480 V 3AC input at 50/60 Hz and delivers a regulated 600 V DC bus at 92 A, supporting a continuous power rating of 55 kW. The module uses internal air cooling and ships with the Control Voltage Adapter and DRIVE-CLiQ cable included. Integration Notes
The module is designed for mounting within a SINAMICS S120 drive cabinet.
