What this Active Line Module delivers
The 6SL3130-7TE31-2AA3 is a SINAMICS S120 Active Line Module in booksize format, converting a three-phase 380–480 VAC supply to a regulated 600 VDC bus for multi-axis drive systems. Rated for 200 A DC output at 120 kW, it supports high-power common DC bus configurations typical of machine tools, printing presses, and conveyor lines where regenerative energy is fed back to the supply.
Lifecycle and compliance — still in active production
RoHS compliance is confirmed since August 2015, and the REACH Article 33 declaration notes lead (CAS 7439-92-1) above 0.1% w/w in certain components — relevant for end-of-life disposal reporting in EU markets.
Integration into a multi-axis cabinet
Packaging dimensions of 300 x 629 x 270 mm give the panel builder the envelope for gland plate clearance and airflow — internal air cooling means no external heat exchanger, but the cabinet must still handle the dissipated heat.
