The drive includes six digital inputs, two digital outputs, one analog input, and one analog output, plus Safe Torque Off (STO) built in — no separate safety module required for that basic stop function.
What the ratings mean for fit
The 150% overload for 3 seconds is the number that matters for motor starting. A standard 1.5 kW induction motor draws around 3.2 A at 400 V, but inrush can hit 6-7 times that for a few cycles. The G120C's overload curve is designed to ride through that without nuisance tripping. If your load is a centrifugal pump or a fan with quadratic torque, this drive is oversized for the steady state but correctly sized for the start. For a constant-torque load like a conveyor, you'd want to check the duty cycle — the 150% for 3 s is a short burst, not a continuous rating.
