The Siemens 6SL3210-1KE14-3UP1 is a SINAMICS G120C compact drive rated for 1.5 kW output with a 150% overload capability for 3 seconds, running on a 380-480 VAC three-phase supply at 47-63 Hz. That overload headroom means it handles short-duration load spikes — like a conveyor start or a pump breakaway torque — without tripping or needing a larger frame. The unfiltered input keeps conducted emissions within standard limits for most industrial environments, though a line reactor may be needed on weak supplies. Fieldbus integration is PROFIBUS DP, which ties directly into Siemens S7-300/400 and ET 200 distributed I/O racks without a gateway. The I/O interface gives you 6 digital inputs, 2 digital outputs, 1 analog input, and 1 analog output — enough for basic motor control and feedback without an add-on module. Safe Torque Off is integrated on the control board, so you can wire an emergency-stop circuit directly to the drive without a separate safety relay, simplifying the panel layout.
