The Siemens 6SL3210-1KE15-8AB1 is a SINAMICS G120C drive rated for 2.2 kW with 150% overload for 3 seconds, on a 380-480 VAC three-phase supply at 47-63 Hz. The integrated Class A EMC filter covers most industrial line environments without an external filter — saves a DIN-rail slot and a wiring step. Safe Torque Off is built in, so you can drop the safety relay for the drive itself and wire the STO directly to the safety PLC or light curtain. The I/O complement — 6 digital inputs, 2 digital outputs, 1 analog input, 1 analog output — handles a basic pump or conveyor station without an expansion module. USS/MODBUS RTU is on the RJ45 port; no option card needed for Modbus networks.
Integration notes
Size FSA — 196 x 73 x 203 mm (HxWxD). IP20 / UL Open Type. The 73 mm width leaves room for a line reactor or braking resistor alongside on the DIN rail. External 24 V supply required for the control board. The power section runs from the 380-480 VAC bus. The integrated filter Class A is rated for industrial mains; if the installation is on a residential or light-commercial feed, a Class B external filter may be needed at the line input.
