The Siemens 6SL3210-1KE23-2AP0 is a SINAMICS G120C drive rated for 15.0 kW output with a 150% overload capability for 3 seconds — sized for a pump, fan, or conveyor motor on a 380–480 V three-phase supply with ±10% tolerance and 47–63 Hz line frequency. Integrated Class A EMC filter covers conducted emissions for most industrial environments without an external filter; the IP20 / UL Open Type enclosure means it mounts inside a panel or cabinet, not in a washdown zone. Onboard I/O includes 6 digital inputs, 2 digital outputs, 1 analog input, and 1 analog output — enough for basic speed reference and run/stop control without an expansion module.
Fieldbus and safety integration
PROFIBUS DP is integrated on the control board — no separate communication module needed. The Safe-Torque-Off (STO) function is also built in, meeting SIL 3 / PL e for safe stop categories without external safety relays. For a commissioning engineer: the STO input is a dual-channel 24 VDC signal; verify the safety CPU separation and that the drive's STO terminal assignment matches your safety circuit design.
