PM230 power module for the G120 platform
The Siemens 6SL3210-1NE12-2UL1 is a SINAMICS G120 Power Module PM230 in the FSA frame size, unfiltered, with IP20 protection. It accepts 380-480 V 3 AC (+10/-10%) at 47-63 Hz and delivers 0.75 kW under low-overload duty: 150% for 3 s, 110% for 57 s, 100% for 240 s, within a 0 to +40 °C ambient. The module ships without a Control Unit and requires a CU240B/E-2 or CU230P-2 with firmware V4.4 or higher. Note that this PM230 variant does not support safety functions.
Integration constraints
The PM230 mounts in a panel on the DIN rail or screw-mount backplate (FSA frame dimensions: 196 x 73 x 165 mm HxWxD). It is designed to pair with a CU240B/E-2 or CU230P-2 Control Unit; the combination forms a complete SINAMICS G120 drive. The unfiltered variant means an external line filter may be needed for conducted-emission compliance, depending on the installation environment. No safety-related functions are supported on this module.
