The Siemens 6SL3210-1NE13-1UL0 is a SINAMICS G120 Power Module PM230 in the unfiltered variant, rated for 380-480 VAC three-phase input at 47-63 Hz. It delivers 1.1 kW under low overload (LO) duty: 150% for 3 seconds, 110% for 57 seconds, then 100% continuously at 40 °C ambient. The FSA frame size (196 x 73 x 165 mm, HxWxD) and IP20 protection mean it mounts inside a control cabinet — not on the machine wall — so plan for enclosure cooling if ambient exceeds 40 °C.
Integration and Control Unit Compatibility
This PM230 ships without a Control Unit or operator panel. It is released for CU240B/E-2 and CU230P-2 Control Units running firmware V4.4 or higher. The PM230 does not support safety functions — if your application requires Safe Torque Off or Safe Speed Monitoring, step up to a PM240 or PM250 Power Module. The module snaps onto a standard DIN rail; the 73 mm width leaves room alongside other G120 components in a 400 mm wide enclosure.
Lifecycle and Sourcing Reality
The lifecycle stage is listed as mature — meaning Siemens continues to manufacture and support this part, but it is no longer a new-design recommendation.
