What this PM230 is and what it needs
The 6SL3210-1NE13-1UL1 is a SINAMICS G120 Power Module PM230 in the unfiltered variant, IP20, FSA frame size (196 x 73 x 165 mm). It takes 380-480 V 3 AC ±10%, 47-63 Hz, and delivers 1.1 kW under low overload: 150 % for 3 s, 110 % for 57 s, then 100 % continuous. Ambient limit is 0 to +40 °C for that LO curve. It ships without a Control Unit — you pair it with a CU240B/E-2 or CU230P-2 running firmware V4.4 or higher. Note: this PM230 does not support safety functions.
Integration notes
Panel integration is straightforward: the FSA frame mounts on a standard DIN rail or backplate. The IP20 enclosure suits a clean, enclosed cabinet — no washdown or outdoor exposure. The unfiltered variant means you supply an external line filter if the application needs to meet conducted emission limits (typical for a CE-marked machine). The module is 73 mm wide, so it fits a narrow slot in a multi-drive panel. No Control Unit is included; order the CU separately and plug it directly onto the PM230's interface.
