SINAMICS G120 PM230 — 2.2 kW Low Overload, Integrated Filter
The Siemens 6SL3210-1NE15-8AL1 is a SINAMICS G120 Power Module PM230 in frame size FSA, rated for 380-480 V 3 AC ±10% at 47-63 Hz. It delivers 2.2 kW under low-overload duty: 150% for 3 seconds, 110% for 57 seconds, and 100% continuously over 240 seconds, with an ambient temperature range of 0 to +40 °C. The integrated Class A EMC filter means it meets conducted emission limits for industrial environments without an external filter module — saves a DIN-rail slot and wiring time.
Integration Constraints — No Safety, Specific CU Required
The PM230 is a power stage only — it requires a separate Control Unit (CU240B/E-2 or CU230P-2) and an operator panel, both ordered separately. Firmware must be V4.4 or higher. Note from the datasheet: this module supports no safety functions, so if your application demands STO or SIL-rated stop, step up to a PM240-2 or a PM250 with the appropriate CU.
