The 6SL3210-1NE21-0AL0 is a SINAMICS G120 Power Module PM230 in the FSB frame size, rated for 380-480 V 3 AC at 47-63 Hz. It delivers 4 kW under low overload (150% for 3 s, 110% for 57 s, 100% continuous over 240 s) and includes an integrated Class A EMC filter. Ambient rating is 0 to +40 °C. The module ships without a Control Unit and is released for CU240B/E-2 and CU230P-2 Control Units running firmware V4.4 or higher. Note: this PM230 variant does not support safety functions.
Integration Notes
The PM230 mounts on a DIN rail in a standard IP20 enclosure. The FSB frame measures 292 x 100 x 165 mm (HxWxD) — check gland-plate fill and side clearance for the integrated filter. The module requires a separate Control Unit (CU240B/E-2 or CU230P-2) and the matching operator panel; the firmware on the CU must be V4.4 or higher. The integrated Class A filter handles conducted emissions for most industrial environments — no external filter needed for EN 61800-3 Category C2 installations.
