The Siemens 6SL3210-1NE21-3UL1 is a SINAMICS G120 Power Module PM230 — the power stage only, no Control Unit or operator panel included. It's rated for 380-480 VAC three-phase at 47-63 Hz, delivering 5.5 kW under low-overload duty (150% for 3 s, 110% for 57 s, 100% continuous). The IP20 enclosure and FSB frame (292 x 100 x 165 mm) suit it for cabinet mounting, not washdown areas. This module requires a CU240B/E-2 or CU230P-2 Control Unit running firmware V4.4 or higher; it does not support safety functions.
Integration constraints at a glance
The FSB frame mounts on a standard DIN rail or panel plate. Its 100 mm width leaves room alongside a CU230P-2 for a 50 mm-wide braking module or line filter in a typical 600 mm cabinet. The unfiltered variant means an external line reactor or EMC filter is needed for EN 61800-3 Category C2 compliance — budget the gland-plate space accordingly.
