The Siemens 6SL3210-1NE22-6AL1 is a SINAMICS G120 Power Module PM230 rated for 11 kW low overload on a 380-480 V three-phase supply, 47-63 Hz. The low-overload profile delivers 150% current for 3 seconds, 110% for 57 seconds, then settles to 100% continuous — a curve sized for centrifugal loads like pumps and fans where peak torque is brief. The integrated Class A EMC filter means it meets conducted emission limits for industrial environments without an external add-on, saving a DIN-rail slot in the panel.
Integration constraints and compatibility
IP20 enclosure — install inside a cabinet rated to at least IP54; no washdown tolerance. Dimensions are 355 x 140 x 165 mm (HxWxD) in FSC (Frame Size C) format. This module ships without a Control Unit or operator panel; it is released for CU240B/E-2 and CU230P-2 Control Units running firmware V4.4 or higher. Note: PM230 supports no safety functions — if the application demands Safe Torque Off or Safe Stop, step up to the PM240 or PM250 series.
