The Siemens 6SL3210-1NE31-1AL0 is a SINAMICS G120 Power Module PM230 rated 55 kW low overload on a 380-480 VAC three-phase supply, with a built-in Class A EMC filter and IP20 protection. It ships without a control unit or operator panel — you pair it with a CU240B/E-2 or CU230P-2 control unit running firmware V4.4. The PM230 does not support safety functions, so if your application requires STO or SIL-rated stop, this module is not the fit. Low overload rating means 110 % for 60 s and 100 % for 240 s, which covers pump, fan, and conveyor duty cycles that don't need sustained overload headroom. Ambient temperature range is 0 to +40 °C for low overload operation.
Integration notes — frame size and mounting
The module occupies an FSF frame size, with dimensions 934 x 350 x 316 mm (H x W x D). It is a panel-mount power section designed for cabinet integration — not a DIN-rail snap-on unit. The built-in Class A filter means it meets conducted emission limits for industrial environments without an external filter, saving panel space.
