Power module for pump, fan, and conveyor duty
The 6SL3210-1NE31-5UL0 is a SINAMICS G120 PM230 power module rated for 75 kW low overload on a 380–480 V three-phase supply. Low-overload means 110 % for 60 s, 100 % for 240 s — enough headroom for a conveyor start under load or a fan acceleration curve without oversizing the drive frame. Ambient temperature range is 0 to +40 °C for the full rating.
What the ratings mean for your drive cabinet
IP20 protection means this module is for indoor panel mounting only — no washdown, no dust seals. The 634 x 350 x 316 mm (HxWxD) footprint needs a backplate with clearance for the heatsink airflow and the DC bus cabling. It ships without a control unit or operator panel; you pair it with a CU240B/E-2 or CU230P-2 control unit running firmware V4.4 or later. The PM230 does not support safety functions — if your application needs Safe Torque Off, step up to the PM240 or PM250 frame.
